Vibrational Sound Therapy
Allow Relaxation and Peace
Vibrational Sound Therapy is a modality that uses the concept of music/sound/vibration as a way to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance, harmony and peace. Even singing and the sound of your voice can bring the energy fields of the body back into a state of homeostasis. Many people report that they feel lighter and more relaxed after a session.

Each session is unique to the individual and to that specific moment in time. It may include tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments, even toning or chanting.
Reflexology Sessions
Natural Healing
Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet relative to each and every organ and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, just like preventive maintenance.” – Eunice Ingham
Mark likes to think of it as a technique to stimulate neural pathways linking body systems and supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally. In other words, it’s a foot massage on steroids, impacting your overall body. And all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy!
Sessions outside Mark’s offices have a travel charge of $50 up to 25 miles from Pine Lake, GA.
If you’re more than 25 miles, please book a 15 minute Consultation to discuss it with Mark
